Koinonia Education Center was created specifically to empower and educate the children of refugee families who have fled from war torn Nations such as Ukraine and Afghanistan. They are living within Refugee Camps located throughout Greece and the conditions for them are rough to say the least. Koinonia Education Center offers them a safe place where they can recieve basic education, a square meal and hope for their road ahead. Most of them are trying to get to Germany to start a new life and many of the young girls (from Afghanistan) have never recieved proper education. 

We have seen students lives transformed over a very short course of time and we have vision to expand the school so that many more refugee students can experience the power of what God is doing through Koinonia!
